Welcome to the online home of Storth Playing Field and Heron Hall, operated by the Storth Playing Field Charity (Charity Registration No. 503690). Nestled within the picturesque landscape of Storth.

The land is part of Dallam Tower Estate on a long peppercorn lease from 1974, a generous gift from Brig. C E Tryon-Wilson.

Our current hall dates back to the turn of the millennium, with its doors officially opening in 2004 as a testament to our commitment to community enrichment.

Governed by a dedicated committee, our charity operates with transparency and inclusivity at its core. Each autumn, the committee undergoes renewal at the Annual General Meeting, welcoming fresh perspectives and enthusiastic participation from interested local adults.

Through community engagement and fundraising initiatives, we strive to create a vibrant environment that promotes well-being and camaraderie among our community.
